$BDNP

Terms of Admission

Last updated — 7 August 2026 Version 1.0

Read this before you apply. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the provider of $BDNP. By submitting an application, paying a fee, or accessing any part of the programme, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not apply.

01Who these terms are with

$BDNP (the Programme) is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] [ABN / ACN] of [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (we, us, our). References to you mean the individual who applies for or is granted admission.

Contact for all notices under these terms: [CONTACT EMAIL].

02Definitions

  • Programme — the $BDNP course materials, live sessions and any associated access described in clause 3.
  • Operator — a person whose application has been accepted and whose fee has been paid.
  • Founding Round — the first twenty-five Operators admitted.
  • Live Sessions — the online group sessions described in clause 8.
  • Private Mentoring — the separate one-to-one engagement described in clause 9, which is not part of the Programme.
  • Materials — all video, written, audio and other content we make available as part of the Programme.

03What admission includes

Admission to the Programme includes:

  • Access to the filmed curriculum — 15 modules across five phases, comprising 107 lessons and approximately 13 hours 39 minutes of instruction;
  • All future updates and additions we make to that curriculum, at no further charge;
  • Attendance at the quarterly Live Sessions described in clause 8, for so long as we run them;
  • For Founding Round Operators only, the four additional Live Sessions described in clause 8.2.

Admission does not include Private Mentoring, introductions to any person, membership of any third-party organisation, or any service not expressly listed above.

04Application and admission

4.1 Entry is by application. You will be asked to state what you are building and who you are seeking to reach.

4.2 We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. We are not obliged to give reasons. Declining an application is not a statement about you and creates no liability.

4.3 Admission to the Founding Round is capped at twenty-five Operators. Where a cap or a number of available places is stated on our website, that figure is accurate at the time of publication.

4.4 You must be at least 18 years old and must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Admission is personal to you.

4.5 Information you give in your application must be true and not misleading. We may withdraw admission and terminate access under clause 17 if it is not.

05Fees and payment

5.1 The fee payable is the price displayed at the time you are admitted. All amounts are in [CURRENCY — e.g. AUD] unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Where an instalment plan is offered, the total payable under it is higher than the single-payment price. Instalments are charged automatically on the schedule disclosed at checkout.

5.3 If an instalment fails, we may suspend access until it is paid. If it remains unpaid for 14 days after we notify you, we may terminate access and the amounts already paid are not refundable, except where clause 7 or clause 19 applies.

5.4 Prices are stated [inclusive / exclusive] of GST and any other applicable taxes. Where we are required to collect tax in your jurisdiction, it will be shown before you pay.

5.5 Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full card details.

06Price schedule

6.1 The Programme operates a rising price schedule. The fee begins at $1,900 for the first five admissions and increases by approximately twenty per cent with every five places filled.

6.2 The price is not reduced. We do not discount the Programme, and we do not run sales. If we ever reduce the price generally, we owe you no refund of the difference — but our stated intention, on which you are entitled to rely, is that the price only moves upward.

6.3 The fee you pay on admission is the fee for your admission. You will not be charged again for continued access to the curriculum or to the quarterly Live Sessions we run.

6.4 We may change the price schedule for future Operators at any time. A change to the schedule does not affect an Operator already admitted.

07Refunds

Thirty days, unconditional. If the Programme is not for you, write to us within 30 days of admission and we will refund your fee in full. You do not need to give a reason, complete any part of the Programme, or provide evidence of anything.

7.1 To request a refund, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address associated with your admission within 30 days of the date you were granted access.

7.2 Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Where you are paying by instalments, we refund amounts already paid and cancel remaining instalments.

7.3 On refund, your admission ends. Access to the Materials and to Live Sessions is withdrawn, and the licence in clause 10 terminates immediately.

7.4 This 30-day refund does not apply to Private Mentoring (see clause 9.5).

7.5 Nothing in this clause limits your rights under clause 19.

08Live Sessions

8.1 Format. Live Sessions are online group sessions. They are not one-to-one. They run in a hot-seat format in which Operators may bring a live problem to be worked through with the room. There is no entitlement to be selected for a hot seat in any given session.

8.2 Founding Round. Founding Round Operators receive four Live Sessions during the first quarter following the close of the Founding Round. Those sessions are held with a room of up to twenty-five Operators. A room of that size is not repeated for later Operators.

8.3 Ongoing sessions. After that, Live Sessions are held approximately quarterly and are open to all Operators at no further charge. Room size is not limited for these sessions.

8.4 Attendance is optional. Sessions are scheduled at our discretion. We cannot accommodate every time zone and are not obliged to schedule sessions convenient to you. Sessions are recorded and made available to Operators who do not attend.

8.5 No minimum. We do not commit to a minimum number of Live Sessions in any period beyond clause 8.2, and we may change their frequency, format or duration. If we discontinue Live Sessions entirely, clause 16 applies.

09Private Mentoring

9.1 Private Mentoring is one-to-one work and is a separate paid engagement. It is not included in admission to the Programme and confers no part of it.

9.2 A limited number of Private Mentoring places exist. We are not obliged to offer Private Mentoring to any Operator, and admission to the Programme does not create an expectation of it.

9.3 Private Mentoring is governed by a separate written agreement setting out its price, duration, number of sessions, the objective agreed at the outset, and the channel and response window for contact between sessions.

9.4 Private Mentoring is payable in full in advance.

9.5 Private Mentoring is not refundable, and the 30-day refund in clause 7 does not apply to it. Clause 19 is unaffected.

9.6 Private Mentoring ends on the date stated in its agreement. It does not renew automatically. Continuing requires a fresh agreement.

10Access and licence

10.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Materials for your own use.

10.2 "Lifetime access" means for as long as we continue to operate the Programme. It does not mean your lifetime, and it does not oblige us to operate the Programme indefinitely. If we discontinue it, clause 16 applies.

10.3 Your login is personal. You must not share it, sell it, or allow any other person to use it. Accounts showing signs of shared use may be suspended.

10.4 You must not download, copy, record, screen-capture, republish, resell, or create derivative works from the Materials, or use them to build a competing product, except as clause 19 or applicable law permits.

11Recordings and consent

11.1 Live Sessions are recorded. If you attend, speak, appear on camera or type in chat, you consent to being recorded and to that recording being made available to other Operators.

11.2 If you do not wish to be recorded, do not attend live. You may watch the recording instead, and nothing is withheld from you for doing so.

11.3 We may use anonymised excerpts of Live Sessions for training and internal quality purposes. We will not use a recording in which you are identifiable for marketing or promotion without your separate written consent.

11.4 You must not record, transcribe, or redistribute any Live Session yourself.

12Confidentiality and conduct

12.1 What is said in a Live Session by another Operator is confidential. You may use what you learn; you must not attribute it, repeat it outside the room, or identify who said it.

12.2 You must not use the Programme, its Live Sessions or any Operator list to solicit, market to, recruit from, or sell to other Operators without their invitation.

12.3 You must not harass, abuse, demean or discriminate against any Operator or member of our team.

12.4 Breach of this clause is a ground for immediate termination under clause 17, without refund.

13Intellectual property

13.1 All intellectual property in the Programme, the Materials, the $BDNP name and associated branding remains ours or our licensors'.

13.2 Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you.

13.3 Where the Materials reference published research or third-party work, that work belongs to its authors and is cited for reference only. Citation does not imply endorsement of the Programme by any researcher, author, institution or organisation.

13.4 If you give us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

14No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any outcome. We do not promise that you will earn any amount of money, meet any particular person, gain access to any room, obtain any introduction, or build a network of any size or value.

14.1 The Programme teaches a method. What you get from it depends on your circumstances, your effort, your existing relationships and factors outside anyone's control.

14.2 The name "$BDNP" and "Billion Dollar Network Protocol" is a brand. It is not a representation that you or anyone else will build a network of any monetary value.

14.3 Any description of the founder's own history, businesses or affiliations describes his results. It is not a projection of yours.

14.4 The Programme is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice, and must not be relied on as any of those. Seek your own licensed adviser before acting on anything in it.

15Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own equipment, software and internet connection.
  • You are responsible for your own conduct toward people you approach as a result of the Programme, and for complying with the law that applies to you — including privacy, anti-spam and marketing law in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for any decision you make and any commercial outcome of it.

16Changes and discontinuation

16.1 We may update, restructure or replace the Materials. We may add, change or remove modules.

16.2 If we permanently discontinue the Programme, we will give Operators at least [30 / 60 / 90] days' notice and make the then-current Materials available for download during that period, so far as we are reasonably able.

16.3 Temporary unavailability for maintenance, platform failure or matters outside our control is not a breach of these terms.

17Suspension and termination

17.1 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach clause 10, 11, 12 or 15, if your application was materially false, if you charge back a payment you owe, or if your conduct puts other Operators at risk.

17.2 Where we terminate for a reason in clause 17.1, no refund is due except as required by clause 19.

17.3 You may stop using the Programme at any time. Outside the 30-day window in clause 7, that does not create a right to a refund.

17.4 Clauses 12, 13, 14, 18, 19 and 22 survive termination.

18Limitation of liability

18.1 Subject to clause 19, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Programme is limited to the fees you have actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim; and
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or loss arising from any relationship you form or fail to form.

18.2 We are not responsible for the conduct of any other Operator, or of any person you meet or approach as a result of the Programme.

18.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

19Consumer guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those rights. Where the law gives you a remedy, these terms do not take it away.

For a major failure you are entitled to a refund or replacement and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have the problem remedied within a reasonable time.

If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, equivalent non-excludable rights under your local law apply and are unaffected by these terms.

20Privacy and third-party platforms

20.1 We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

20.2 The Programme is delivered using third-party platforms for hosting, video, payment and email. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or their acts.

21General

21.1 Changes. We may amend these terms. If a change materially reduces what you receive, we will notify Operators by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

21.2 Assignment. You may not transfer your admission. We may assign these terms to a successor of our business.

21.3 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

21.4 Severance. If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues.

21.5 Entire agreement. These terms, with any Private Mentoring agreement and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us and replace anything said beforehand — except that nothing excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

21.6 No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

22Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which you live.
