$BDNP · The Billion Dollar Network Protocol

The people getting the deals aren't better than you. They're closer.

Closer to where the decisions get made. That's a position, and it can be built on purpose. This is how.

01 · What changes

What you'll be able to do
that you can't do now.

Not how you'll feel. What you'll be able to do. Most high-value rooms aren't locked — they're filtered, designed to keep out people who don't know how to position themselves. That's a solvable problem. Being unlucky isn't. And the room is closer than it looks: most opportunities arrive through people you barely know, and the person you need is about five introductions away.

Named procedures

Not principles you have to interpret.

The 10+10 Rule, the follow-up formula, the relationship ladder, the four-tier maintenance cadence. Each one is a procedure you run, not an idea you agree with.

What you finish with

A list, a cadence, and a plan.

A list of people, a contact cadence for each of them, and a plan for the rooms you intend to be in. Not notes. A working system you keep running.

  • Work out which rooms actually matter for what you're building — and find the side door in.
  • Open a conversation with someone years ahead of you without it reading as an ask.
  • Move a person from met, to known, to trusted, on purpose instead of by luck.
  • Be worth a reply from people who owe you nothing.
  • Keep hundreds of relationships warm without living in your inbox.
  • Convene your own room instead of waiting to be invited to someone else's.

02 · What's inside

Five phases. Fifteen procedures.
Built to be run, not watched.

15 modules, 107 lessons, 13 hours 39 minutes. Filming is in progress: the first phases are ready at admission and the rest releases through the founding quarter. You'll get the dated schedule before you pay.

03 · Who this is for

You already know the room exists.
You're just not in it yet.

The same constraint wears different clothes depending on what you do. If one of these is your week, this was built for you.

01

Company Founders

The capital and the distribution are being decided in rooms you have not been invited into yet.

02

Sales Professionals

Your pipeline is capped by who will take the call, not by how well you handle it once they do.

03

Senior Executives

The role above you is filled through an introduction long before it is ever posted anywhere.

04

Independent Advisors

Referrals run dry at the edge of the circle you already have, and the circle stopped growing.

And who it isn't for

  • Anyone looking for motivation rather than method.
  • Anyone who wants a list of contacts handed to them.
  • Anyone who won't do the uncomfortable part — the approach, the follow-up, the maintenance.
  • Anyone who needs a guaranteed number before they'll move.

04 · The room

Take a founding seat at the table.
Only 25 available.

$BDNP isn't a video course you watch alone. Founding admission puts you in a room of twenty-five with four live group sessions with Todd in the first quarter, and quarterly sessions after that.

They run as hot seats. Someone brings a live problem — a room they can't get into, a relationship gone cold, an introduction they're trying to engineer — and works it through in front of everyone. You learn more watching that than from any lecture.

Twenty-five is the cap because four sessions is the number one person can run properly. When the room is full it's full, and a room that size doesn't happen twice here.

It isn't one-to-one. Private work with Todd exists as four separate slots, priced separately, and it is not part of admission.
We don't broker introductions. Anyone selling you their contact list is selling you something that stops working the moment they stop selling it.

05 · Who's teaching it

Why me.

Todd A. Fehres, founder of $BDNP

I wasn't born into elite circles and nobody handed me access. I had to learn how to walk into rooms I didn't belong in, start conversations with people years ahead of me, and turn those into real work.

My résumé includes Director of Forbes Club at Forbes Australia — the network for business owners doing $20M a year and up — and Partnerships Director at REALISM, Australia's fastest-growing streetwear label, where I scaled the company to multi-eight-figure sales and brokered partnerships with household-name brands at a global level.

Outside the titles: a partnership with a Gulf royal family, work with family offices around the world, billionaires I count as friends, and nearly 70 countries on the passport.

None of it was inherited. Every one of those rooms was entered the same way, using the mechanics this course is made of. $BDNP is what I do now: that method, written down. What worked was kept, what didn't was cut.
