FAQs

What it teaches, what changes when you run it, and who it is not for. Including the answers that do not flatter us.

01 — What actually changes

I work hard and I am good at what I do. Why do the opportunities keep going to other people?

Because opportunity does not travel through merit. It travels through proximity — and proximity is engineered, not earned.

The people getting the deals are not better than you. They are closer to where the deals are decided. That is a position, and positions can be built deliberately. Mod 01 · The Network Reality opens with why access is filtered rather than locked, which is the difference between a door that is shut and a door that is shut to you.

What will I actually be able to do that I cannot do now?

By the end you will be able to:

  • Identify which rooms actually matter for what you are building or selling, and find the side door into them — Mod 05
  • Open a conversation with someone far ahead of you without it reading as an ask — Mod 06 · Mod 09
  • Move a person from met, to known, to trusted, on purpose rather than by luck — Mod 08
  • Spot the opportunity in a room before the room has priced it — Mod 11 · Social arbitrage
  • Turn relationships into revenue without ever making it transactional — Mod 12
  • Run a system that keeps hundreds of relationships warm without living in your inbox — Mod 13
  • Convene your own room, rather than waiting to be invited to someone else's — Mod 14

How long before anything is different?

Mod 07 contains a 30-day activation challenge built on the 10+10 Rule — the engine that produces roughly 1,040 new contacts a year if you simply keep running it. It is designed to be started in week one, not after you finish watching.

Mod 15 is the build plan itself: thirty days, ninety days, the first year, and what compounds after that.

We do not promise a timeline for your results. We do give you a dated plan and the thing to do on day one.

My network is full of peers. How do I get to people above me?

That is the exact problem the curriculum is shaped around. A network of peers is a closed loop — everyone knows the same things and the same people, so nothing new enters.

Mod 10 · Accessing Inner Circles covers the layers of access, the trust equation, and the insider effect: where decisions actually get made, and what gets you into that layer rather than the one performing around it.

02 — What you learn

What is in the fifteen modules?

Five phases, built in sequence because each one depends on the last:

  • Foundations of Power — the network reality, identity engineering, and the self-image that sets your ceiling.
  • Access & Activation — personal brand as access currency, entering elite rooms, first contact and social psychology, and the activation system that keeps new people arriving.
  • Relationship Conversion — the relationship ladder, becoming an asset rather than an ask, and getting into inner circles.
  • Leverage & Monetisation — opportunity recognition, asymmetric bets, and converting relationships into revenue.
  • Scale, Status & Control — the operating system that stops a network dying, the craft of convening, and the full build plan.

How is this different from every other networking course?

Two things.

It is built on documented research, not anecdote. Granovetter on weak ties, Burt on structural holes, Milgram, Cialdini, Kahneman, Bandura. The mechanisms are cited because they are real, and you can go and read them.

It treats your network as infrastructure. There is inventory, cadence, reactivation and pruning — Mod 13. Most material on this subject teaches you how to meet someone. Almost none teaches you what happens over the following three years, which is where every network is actually won or lost.

Is it theory or is it something I do?

There is a named system in most modules — the 10+10 Rule, the follow-up formula, the relationship ladder, the trust equation, the four-tier maintenance cadence, the 30/90/365 build plan. They are procedures, not principles.

You will not finish this with a feeling. You will finish it with a list of people, a cadence for each of them, and a plan for the rooms you intend to be in.

03 — Will this work for me

I am in sales, not building a company. Is this for me?

Yes, and the fit is tighter than it is for most founders.

If you sell property, cars, watches, developments, funds or policies, your income already runs on the thing this course takes apart. Nobody buys at that level from a portal or a cold call. They buy from a name that somebody they trust handed them.

Mod 08 · Becoming Top of Mind is the mechanism underneath every referral you have ever received: the few seconds in which somebody asks do you know anyone, and your name either surfaces or it does not. Mod 13 is the maintenance layer, which is why past clients go quiet instead of repeating and referring. Mod 14 is convening — how the strongest producers in a high-ticket category stop chasing a pipeline and start hosting one.

One honest difference in your favour: the lag is shorter. A warm introduction drops into a sales cycle you are already running, where a founder is often waiting on something that does not exist yet. We still do not promise you a timeline.

I hate networking. It feels transactional and I am not good at it.

Then you have the right instinct and the wrong method. What you dislike is working a room — and the people who are good at that are usually the people nobody trusts.

Mod 06 treats charisma as a trainable skill rather than a personality you were or were not issued: thin slicing, likeability, frame control. Mod 09 is the antidote to the transactional feeling — becoming an asset rather than an ask. When you arrive useful, you are not selling anything, and it stops feeling like you are.

I do not have status, money or a big audience yet. Is it too early?

It is the cheapest time. Relationships take years to mature, so the cost of starting late is the one cost you can never recover.

Mod 02 · Identity Engineering is deliberately first: become the person worth knowing before you try to be known. Mod 04 then covers authority stacking and the law of association — how to be findable by the right people before you have the credentials you think you need.

What could I possibly offer someone far ahead of me?

More than you think, and none of it is money.

People at that level are short of time, honest information, and useful introductions — not capital. Mod 09 · Becoming Valuable covers connector positioning and compounding reciprocity: how to be the person who is worth a reply, at any level, without pretending to be a peer.

I do not live in a major city.

Mod 05 is about room selection and side doors — most high-value rooms are not where people assume, and several of them are online.

And Mod 14 · Becoming the Hub is the answer that outperforms travel: if the room you need does not exist where you are, you convene it. Guest lists, formats, and running a room you created. The convener has better access than any guest.

I have had great introductions before and wasted them.

Almost everyone has. It is not a character flaw, it is a missing system.

Mod 08 covers relationship velocity and temperature — how fast a connection is moving and how warm it is — so you know what the next move is instead of guessing. Mod 13 is the maintenance layer underneath it. Networks decay in silence: nobody falls out, contact simply stops, and a relationship goes dormant while still feeling like an asset.

Who is this not for?

  • Anyone looking for motivation rather than method.
  • Anyone who wants a list of contacts handed to them.
  • Anyone who will not do the uncomfortable part — the approach, the follow-up, the maintenance.
  • Anyone who needs a guaranteed number before they will move.

We would rather decline you than refund you.

04 — The room

What is included besides the course?

Live group sessions with Todd and the other operators admitted alongside you. The founding twenty-five get four sessions in the first quarter, held in a room of twenty-five — a room that size is not repeated. Quarterly sessions run after that and are included for all operators.

They run as hot seats: an operator brings a live problem — a room they cannot get into, a relationship gone cold, an introduction they are trying to engineer — and works it through in front of everyone. You learn more watching that than from any lecture.

Is this one-to-one with Todd?

No. The sessions are group sessions, online.

One-to-one work exists separately as four private slots, priced separately and not part of admission. Every session is recorded, so an awkward time zone does not cost you the material — but the room is the point, and the operators who turn up are the ones who get the hot seats.

Will you introduce me to people?

No. We do not broker introductions.

$BDNP teaches you to engineer access yourself. Anyone selling you their contact list is selling you something that stops working the moment they stop selling it.

05 — Price and admission

Where are the testimonials?

There aren't any. This has never been sold before.

You are looking at a founding round, which means judging the work on the work — the curriculum, the research under it, and the person teaching it — rather than on other people's results.

That is precisely why it costs $1,900 now and will not later, and why the refund is unconditional. We are carrying the risk that should sit with an unproven offer. If you would rather wait for proof, wait — you will simply pay more for it.

Why does the price go up?

Admission starts at $1,900. The price rises as places fill, it is never reduced, and there are no sales. Early operators pay less because they are buying before the evidence exists.

Why is there an application?

Because the room is part of what you are buying, and a room is only worth what the people in it are worth. We ask what you are building or selling, and who you need to reach. Applications without a clear fit are declined.

What if it is not for me?

Thirty days, unconditional. Write to us and the fee is returned in full — no reason, nothing to finish, no work to show.

The one exception is private mentoring, which is paid in full and non-refundable. See clause 9 of the terms.

Is there a payment plan, and what does "lifetime access" mean?

Three monthly payments. The total under a plan is slightly higher than paying once, because it is a payment plan and not a discount.

Lifetime access means the curriculum and every future update, for as long as we run the programme, at no further charge. It does not mean your lifetime, and no honest version of that phrase does — the precise definition is clause 10.2.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and we will not pretend to. What you get from this depends on your situation, your effort and the relationships you already have. We guarantee the refund, not the outcome — those are different promises and only one of them is ours to keep.

The name is a brand. It is not a claim that you will build a network worth any particular amount. The programme is educational and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

How do I ask something not answered here?

Write to us before you apply. A question you had to ask twice is a question we should have answered on this page.

Admission is capped at twenty-five.

Entry is by application, and the price only rises.
